Weekend Drive-By (Week Ending Tax-Day)

I've gone grey.
In a fit of somewhat depressing design delusion, I've decided to go grey. In doing so, I've learned that I didn't particularly like my old new design all that much. Grunge is so March anyway.
I've also learned, once again, that good clean XHTML code is a many splendid thing. The whole redesign took me less than an hour and a half and that's mainly because I wanted to ensure a decent fluid layout at any width.
Thanks, web standards! [insert thumbs up and a nod to the camera here]
Goodbye, politics.
I'm removing politics more or less completely from this site. I'll focus on other inane topics like my predictions for who's getting booted off Idol this week and why Google AdSense is my new best friend. All political discussion can now be found at Jay Severin Has Issues.
My other space.
Can someone tell me why I registered with Myspace? It's akin to having a cell phone nowaways, I guess. I always was a follower anyway.
I've claimed (yet another) piece of the web for myself at http://www.myspace.com/mikebobdick and I have no idea why. But, hey, add me to you friend's list or whatever it is you're supposed to do over there.
Taxes. Done.
I decided to do my taxes early this year. That is, about three days before today, April 15. I'd like to give a shoutout here to Uncle Sam for giving me back some of my own money.
