Judge dismisses suit over Google ranking (via CNET News.com)

U.S. District Judge Jeremy Fogel for the Northern District in San Jose dismissed all nine claims, saying that KinderStart's claims were insufficient or failed to allege facts or conduct to support that the claims or were too vague.

Booya! Take that, bullshit lawsuit. I wrote about this a while back because I love stories like this; I really do.

This is ridiculous and any judge worth his salt will see to it this suit is rightfully and immediately dismissed.

U.S. District Judge Jeremy Fogel, you, sir, are salt-worthy.
